My hooks are fire now. Why still no clients?

'My hooks are fire now. So why am I still not getting **clients**?' Usually it's because you're handing out what I call a Gold Tub of Tap Water.

It's a great hook on advice anybody can already get for free. And it quietly undoes every good hook you just built. Picture a member on the gym floor. You stop her with, 'Want to know why you're not losing fat?' - and she stops to listen. Then you say, 'Eat more protein and sleep more.' She nods, says thanks, and goes back to her treadmill.

Online, it's the same thing. Anybody can get that advice in ten seconds without you. So they nod and scroll, because you just told them what their phone already **knows**. The hook gets the click. It doesn't get the **client**.

Once they stop, they're asking one thing: did this person just tell me something I couldn't get anywhere **else**? That answer comes from your own coaching - the lady who couldn't get up off the floor without grabbing the bench, and the one thing you changed so she could. Google doesn't know her. **You** do.

Here's why number eight flips everything before it. Your wrapper gets a stranger to stop. What's inside decides if they **sign**. Remember the plain white tub from number one? This is the opposite. This tub has the best gold label on the shelf, so somebody picks it up.

Then they get it home, open it, and it's tap water. They're never buying that tub again - they've got a **faucet**. People pick it up for the label. They come back for what's **inside**. So the views are fine. The **signing** is what's broken.

I learned this on the gym floor, not online. The clients at my gyms were handing over $600 to $700 a month. And none of that money was for the **lobby**. They paid because somebody fixed their knee or their back. That's what's inside - and you already **have** it.

A fire hook on 'drink more water' is still tap **water**. This is what's inside: 'Your knee caves because your hip isn't doing its job. Here's the one drill I gave a client this week.' Nobody else on the feed can say that - because nobody else trained that **client**.

Want to check whether you're handing out a Gold Tub of Tap Water? Here's your next step. Pause me here, or just remember this one - it's a single question. Take your best-performing reel and ask one question: could somebody get this from Google?

If they could, you're handing out a Gold Tub of Tap Water - and that's exactly why your views aren't turning into **clients**. So keep the same hook, and re-film it with something you actually fixed for a client this week. Not the advice. The **fix**. And that's all eight.
