Quick answer
To sell high-ticket coaching in Instagram DMs, don't pitch in the DM. Start a real conversation, ask about where they hurt and where they want to land, then invite them to a 20-minute call where you sell the result, not the steps.

High-ticket coaching sells when the offer is a clear result, in a set time, for a specific person. "Online coaching" is not an offer. "Get desk workers over 40 squatting without knee pain in 12 weeks" is. Pick your pond: a group your own story and proof can win, like new moms or men who quit the gym three times.
Start at the finish line. Write the result, the time frame and who it's for. Then work backward to what a client does each week. A 90-day program with a custom plan and weekly check-ins is easy to explain in a DM. It also gives you enough time to get a real result.
Collect cash up front, or in two or three set payments with a signed agreement. Put real stakes behind your promise, like coaching free until they hit the result if they did their part. Stakes make a high price feel safe. After the program, offer a monthly plan to keep going.
Have a simple mobile page with who you help, what they get, and one button that says Book a Free Call. Put the link in your Instagram bio.

The best DMs start in your content, not in your outbox. Cold messages to strangers rarely sell a high price. Warm messages from people who watched you teach do. Rule one platform, Instagram Reels, and post on a routine you could keep on your worst month.
Make every video a gift: one painful problem your client has, your real fix, and proof you're the one to hand it over. Talk about your client's world, not other trainers. Use workout demos, form fixes and short challenges. When your clients win, catch it on camera and share it with their permission, because results are the cheapest marketing you'll ever buy.
End each video with an implementation tool: "Comment KNEES and I'll send you my 3-move warm-up." Then answer fast. Add the people who grab it to an email list and send one useful note a week. Choose trust over viral. A video that keeps its promise to the right few people beats a viral one that reaches the wrong crowd.
Prep beats polish. Film one longer video a week and cut it into short Reels. If knowing what to post is the part that stops you, that's the exact problem RiseForIt was built to take off your plate.

On the call, sell the vacation: where they hurt and where they'll land, never the steps in between. Spend most of the call asking questions and repeating their words back. Then give them the result, the time frame, the price and the promise behind it. Then ask for a yes.
My first sale was to Miss Gertrude. It took about two hours of talking, and I was giving her the moon. I thought the training package wasn't great, but I learned how to sell it for what it was. I was horrible, then mediocre, then a great salesman. You get there by doing the reps, not by waiting to feel ready.
"I need to think about it" usually means there's a question you haven't answered. Ask: "Totally fair. What part are you thinking through?" "It's too expensive" usually means the result isn't real to them yet. Go back to what they told you they want. Add value, like an extra check-in, instead of cutting your price. "I need to talk to my spouse" deserves respect. Offer a short second call with both of them, and book it before you hang up.
Selling like this took me from $0 and borderline homeless to managing a team of personal trainers with a full book of clients.

By the end you'll have a high-ticket offer with a price and a promise, a Reel that makes the right people comment, DM scripts that get a yes to a 20-minute call, a call plan that asks for the sale, and four numbers to track each week.
Fill it in online (it saves on your device) or print it and use a pen.
Every lead answered the same day, and your sales calls closed by Jason.
Price the result, not the hour. Decide what you want to earn each month. Divide it by how many clients you can coach well, and that's your floor. Then protect the price by adding value instead of cutting it.
Mostly no. Spend your time on warm DMs to people who commented, replied to a Story or grabbed your free tool. They already watched you teach, so the conversation starts with trust.
Yes. The steps are the same. Post Reels about one problem your local client has, reply to every comment the same day, ask where they hurt and where they want to land, then book a short call or a visit.
Follow up three times: the next day, three days later and a week later. Give something useful each time. Then stop and keep posting. Many people come back when the timing is right for them.
In the 90-Day Build we make and post your content, answer your leads and close them on sales calls. $5,000 for 90 days, five trainers at a time.
