People don't ask the best trainer. They ask the one whose proof they can see. Alex Hormozi says his whole career is one loop: get good, have proof, people ask.
So why isn't anybody asking you? In the gym that loop runs by itself - your client's before-and-after is on the floor every morning at six. Online, nothing walks past anybody. The proof's in your phone, and your page is a form tip and a meal idea.
A stranger can't ask for what he can't see - show the proof, and they ask. Hormozi tells it like this. He was in great shape and competing, and a woman at his gym asked him, 'Will you help me with my food?' They sat at a pizza place for an hour, and she wrote him a check for $200.
He didn't put 'nutrition coach' in a bio. The proof was walking around his gym every day, and she'd seen it. That's how the loop starts - results first, teaching second.
Now the twist, because I lived the other half of it. I had a trainer on my team - big, intimidating IFBB pro bodybuilder. Walking proof. And he'd had one client in six months. The proof was on the floor every day.
What he didn't have was somebody putting it in front of the right person and asking. That was me - I closed the clients and handed them to him. He came to me later and said, 'You've given me more clients than I can handle. Keep them coming, or hold back so I can focus on quality?' I told him quality.
Online, your content is that job. It walks your proof past strangers so they ask. That's why 'known for' isn't a bio line. It's **earned**, and then it's shown. And it's why there are worse trainers making more money than you just because their brand is bigger. Not a bigger skill set. A bigger name - and a name is just proof more people have seen.
So this week, open your camera roll. Find one real client result you have permission to show. That's your post. Not a tip - the proof, with one line on who it's for and what changed. That one works because a stranger with the same problem sees himself in it.
In the 90-Day Build we make and post your content, answer your leads and close them on sales calls.
